We have two ways for you to try a class.

Try a class! Here’s how:
Option 1 - Get Started Right Away
We have beginner friendly classes for those who are new to CrossFit called “FUNctioning Training.” There are no prerequisites prior to starting this program and you can book a free trial class online. Please reserve for a FUNctional Training Class here: Free Trial Class.
Option 2 - Learn CrossFit!
If you want to start CrossFit Training, we offer a Fundamentals Training Series to help you learn the basic movements and lifts needed for CrossFit training. As a gym we recommend athletes complete the Fundamentals Series prior to starting any CrossFit Membership so that new members will be set up for success and progress effectively through their CrossFit training.
Please reserve online for the 6:30pm Fundamentals Classes (available every Wednesdays and Thursdays) using this link. There is an initial $20 fee, but this is refundable upon completion of the Fundamental Series. If this time slot does not work for you and you would like to set up another time please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have CrossFit experience or visiting from out of town and want to drop-in? We thank you for considering CrossFit Kindred. The drop-in fee of $20 per class. Click the button below to purchase a Drop In class.
