If you are NEW TO CROSSFIT

We have two options in order for you to start your new work out regime at CrossFit Kindred.

Option 1

We have beginner friendly classes for those who are new to CrossFit called “FUNctioning Training.” There are no prerequisites prior to starting this program and you can book a free trial class online.  Please reserve for a FUNctional Training Class here: Free Trial Class.   

Option 2

 If you want to start CrossFit Training, we offer a Foundations Training Series to help you learn the basic movements and lifts needed for CrossFit training. As a gym we require athletes to complete the Foundations Series prior to starting any CrossFit Membership so that new members will be set up for success and progress effectively through their CrossFit training .  Please email us at info@crossfitkindred.com for the full details and dates of our next Foundations Training.

 

Drop-in

If you are visiting from out of town or currently at another CrossFit gym, we thank you for considering CrossFit Kindred. There is a drop-in fee of $20.
