During this free 60-minute, 1-on-1 (or 2-on-1) session:
- Try your very first Kindred workout. We’ll teach you the moves, and you can see how we coach. (Come ready to sweat.)
- Get to know us (and we, you). We’ll explore your goals, your interests, and your story so we can serve you better. You can fire away any questions you have for us, too.
- Explore your training strategy. We’ll also talk about any circumstances, injuries, or limitations that might affect your training, and teach you how to “scale” or modify your workouts to maximize your progress.
- Learn about next steps. We’ll explain how to graduate from our Fundamentals Course to group classes. Learn more about the process here.
